Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get every Pro feature free for 14 days, no credit card needed. Your workspace gets its own address, like yourcompany.knowpoint.io, and is ready in seconds. You can load sample clients to explore before adding your own.
Who counts as a technician?
Anyone who signs in to your workspace. Viewer accounts for occasional read-only access are free.
Is my data secure?
Each workspace lives in its own isolated database schema, and stored passwords are encrypted with a key unique to your workspace. Every password reveal is audited, and you can require two-factor authentication.
Does the AI see my passwords?
No. Ask AI searches and reads your documentation, but password values are never sent to it. It only sees what the person asking is allowed to see.
Can I bring my existing documentation?
Yes. Sync clients, contacts and devices from ConnectWise, Halo or NinjaOne, paste raw notes into AI import, or use the REST API. On Enterprise we help you migrate.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace is paused, never deleted. Choose a plan and pick up exactly where you left off.
