Yes. Admin → Export & import → Migrate. Paste your Hudu API key and address, choose where each asset layout lands, preview, then import. It's included in the free trial.
Do Hudu passwords come across?
Yes, with their values. They're encrypted with your workspace's own key as soon as they arrive.
Do Hudu articles come across?
Yes, in full, into documents and the knowledge base.
Does Knowpoint change anything in Hudu?
No. The migration only reads from Hudu, and the API key is deleted as soon as the migration finishes or is cancelled.
Can we try Knowpoint before leaving Hudu?
Yes. Migrate during your 14-day trial, keep working in Hudu, and run the migration again just before you switch over. Only new items are added.
