How the trial works, what happens when it ends, pricing, and your workspace's address.
Your workspace
Your workspace is your own private copy of Knowpoint, at its own address, such as yourcompany.knowpoint.io. Your data lives in its own isolated database schema, and your stored passwords are encrypted with a key that's unique to your workspace.
Forgot your address? Go to knowpoint.io/sign-in and type your company's workspace name, or check your welcome email.
The free trial
- Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of every feature. No credit card is needed.
- The banner at the top of the workspace shows how many days are left.
- Admins can see plan options from the banner's Choose a plan button.
When the trial ends
Your workspace is paused, never deleted. Your documentation stays exactly as it was. Subscribe and you pick up where you left off.
Pricing
There's one plan, and it includes everything: every feature, for every user. No tiers, no add-ons and no hidden fees.
