Custom branding

Put your own logo and colors on every page and on the sign-in screen.

Make the workspace look like yours. Your logo and accent color appear for everyone in the workspace, in the sidebar, on buttons and links, on the sign-in page and in the browser tab.

You need the Manage settings permission. Admins have it.

Set it up

  1. Go to Admin β†’ Branding.
  2. Under Logo, choose an image: PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, up to 512 KB. A wide logo about 40 pixels tall works best. SVG stays sharp at any size.
  3. Choose what goes behind the logo. The sidebar is dark, so pick A light panel for dark or colorful logos, or Nothing for white logos.
  4. If your logo already includes your company name, untick Show the workspace name next to the logo.
  5. Pick an accent color, or type a hex code such as #0b7285. The preview updates as you go.
  6. Optionally, add a short message for the sign-in page, such as "Contoso IT documentation. Authorized staff only."
  7. Click Save branding.

Good to know

  • Dark mode uses a lighter shade of your color automatically, so it stays readable.
  • Very light colors aren't accepted, because links and button text would be hard to read on a white page.
  • The workspace name comes from Admin β†’ General β†’ Workspace name.
  • To go back to the Knowpoint look, click Remove logo and pick the first color suggestion.
