Reports
Ready-made reports across your clients, from asset inventories to password health, as a table, a CSV or a PDF.
π Reports in the sidebar has ready-made reports across every organization you can see. Choose one, narrow it down with the filters, then read it on the page, download it as a CSV for a spreadsheet, or choose Print / PDF for a clean printout.
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| π₯οΈ Asset inventory | Every device with its hostname, IP address, operating system, manufacturer, model, serial number, warranty and status. Filter by asset type; retired assets are left out unless you include them. |
| β»οΈ Warranty and lifecycle | Devices whose warranty has ended or ends within the period, and operating systems past or near the end of support (such as Windows 10). |
| β° Expiring soon | Domains, SSL certificates, warranties, licenses and contracts expiring within the period, or already expired. |
| πͺͺ Microsoft 365 licenses | Licenses bought, assigned and unused for each client, and when they renew. From the Microsoft 365 integration. |
| πΎ Backups | Every protected machine and tenant, with its health, last good backup, offsite copy and boot check. From your backup tools. |
| π¨ Security incidents | Open incidents, and ones detected in the period, from your security tools. |
| π§ Documentation coverage | How well each client is documented (assets, documents, passwords, contacts, domains, last update), and what's missing. |
| π Password health | Weak, reused and old passwords across your clients, with why. Needs password grading. Never shows password values. |
Every report has an organization filter, so you can run it for one client, for example before a meeting.
Good to know
- Reports only include what you can see: your organizations, your team's limits, and your role's permissions. The Password health report needs permission to see passwords.
- Rows needing attention are marked with a red (urgent) or amber (soon) line on the left, and the totals at the top count them.
- Downloading a CSV is recorded in the audit log.
- Want the same facts presented to a client? Use a business review.
